Based in Lagos, Nigeria, CieQual provides project management services for oil and gas well drilling, completion, well intervention and production. Since inception in 2009, we have successfully delivered projects for several clients and have performed other services including:
  • Well engineering designs and assessments
  • Supply of drilling operations personnel and petroleum engineering consultants and
  • Oil and gas production management
Our services are a perfect fit for operators who can leverage the expertise and technologies offered through our alliances and partnerships to enhance their operating capabilities. When project scope demands, a multidisciplinary team of professionals is assembled (including engineers and geoscientists skilled in reservoir description, production engineering and operations, well engineering, facilities engineering, and petroleum economics) to deliver the project.

We benefit from our partnership with Fire Creek Resources Ltd. (FCRL), an established professional consultancy, providing a full spectrum of petroleum engineering, project management and field development services to support oil and gas operations. 

Based in Calgary with offices in India and Indonesia, FCRL has proven its abilities to develop oil and gas resources through the complete asset lifecycle around the world. The FCRL team has managed projects on the ground in more than 22 countries on six continents.

Managing Director
Dr. Faga, a founder of CieQual, has over 23 years’ experience in drilling and well completion. He consults for Afren as Deputy Drilling Manager. His international career spans UK, USA, Russia, Canada and Algeria. He holds a PhD from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, and a Bachelor’s degree all in Petroleum Engineering from University of Benin.

Femi Aisida
COO
Engr. Aisida has over 23 years’ experience Oilfield Project Engineering and Management. He was most recently Managing Director of EMR Limited, an Integrated Reservoir Studies company. He has worked for a number of E and P companies in Nigeria, Europe, Canada and the US. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering from University of Lagos.

Director
Dr. Idigbe, a founder of CieQual, has over 28 years of oil and gas industry experience. He was most recently Managing Director of Brittania-U, an independent Nigerian oil and gas E&P company. He holds a PhD degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas, Austin.
